The partnership provides a structured programme of independent review, improvement and verification across 12 months. Each visit builds on the last, creating a clearer and increasingly comprehensive picture of the provider’s regulatory risk position.

How the partnership works across the year
Visit 1 — Priority Risk and Baseline Review
The initial two-day visit identifies the provider’s principal regulatory risks, immediate priorities and starting assurance position under the Strengthened Quality Standards.
Visit 2 — Review, Extend and Verify
The second visit reviews progress against the initial actions, verifies supporting evidence and extends the assessment into further priority areas.
Visit 3 — Deepen Assurance
The third visit examines whether improvements are embedded and sustained, undertakes further targeted auditing and updates the organisation’s regulatory risk position.
Visit 4 — Annual Assurance Review
The final visit evaluates progress across the year, revisits the original baseline and provides a clearer picture of risk movement, residual exposure and priorities for the next assurance cycle.

The complete 12-month partnership price includes four two-day on-site assurance visits and full access to the Regulatory Assurance Platform at the discounted 50% partnership licence rate.

Launch price guarantee: Providers commencing a Regulatory Assurance Partnership before 31 December 2026 can retain the discounted platform licence rate of $247.50 per month for their initial 12-month term and up to two consecutive 12-month renewals, subject to continuous platform subscription and renewal of the Regulatory Assurance Partnership. Assurance-service fees, location supplements and exceptional travel costs may be reviewed at each renewal.

This includes the complete metro partnership and a $150 monthly location supplement. Where substantial flights, accommodation or remote travel are required, any exceptional costs will be discussed and agreed in advance.
