Comprehensive Restrictive Practice Review and Audit

  • 2 Full days onsite (covering up to 100 beds)
  • A specialised 2-day on-site Restrictive Practice Review designed to support compliance and help identify any areas of improvement. I’m happy to share an anonymised example report with you so you can see the type of detail and assurance around the comprehensiveness of the review.

Audit includes:

  • Chemical Restraint – Cross-referenced with behaviour support plans, medication charts, consent forms, and more.
  • Environmental Restraint – Detailed analysis aligned with care plans.
  • Mechanical Restraint – Thorough review through care plans and on-site assessments.
  • Detailed reporting with actionable insights to streamline compliance and save valuable management time.
