Care 4 Quality is a health and social care specialist consultancy, dedicated to delivering ethically led compliance support, audit and advice to aged care facilities across Australia.
I have 25 years’ experience in the care industry, managing care services and for the past 10 years have run my own business, Care 4 Quality, in the UK, a successful Health & Social Care consultancy servicing over 650 regular clients. We are delighted to now be able to offer this service across Australia. We specialise personally in regulatory compliance, corporate advisory, management mentoring and general support.
Care 4 Quality offers a range of tailored services within a variety of care settings, we work in partnership with individual care services, care groups and charities. We provide a personalised quality and compliance monitoring service that complements existing governance systems, enabling true quality and regulatory compliance.
Services include facilitating self-assessments against the 8 standards, announced and unannounced compliance audits, observational assessments, and manager mentoring and support. We can help close the gaps between company policy and care delivery, including analysis of corporate quality, governance and internal reporting mechanisms. Care 4 Quality also supports services facing non-compliance enforcement action from the Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission.
