ABOUT HELEN

With over 28 years’ experience in health and aged care, I have worked across operational management, quality, governance and regulatory compliance in Australia, Europe and the UK

My career began in frontline care before progressing into senior leadership roles, including Facility Manager, Group Manager, Responsible Individual and Managing Director.

In 2012, I founded Care 4 Quality in the United Kingdom, supporting more than 650 care services across residential care, nursing care, supported living and domiciliary care. Following the successful sale of the business, I established Care 4 Quality Australia to provide specialist quality, governance and compliance support to aged care providers.

My expertise includes accreditation readiness, governance reviews, clinical governance, restrictive practices, incident management, medication systems, quality improvement and regulatory risk management.

I am passionate about helping providers deliver safe, high-quality services while building robust governance systems that support sustainable compliance and continuous improvement.

Every engagement is personally delivered by me, ensuring practical advice, consistency and direct access to senior expertise throughout the process.
