Self-Assessment Audit covering ACQSC Standards 1-8 PLUS completion of assessment report

Regular Audits and Service Support with Monthly Payment Option

We offer a monthly payable service in which providers can benefit from additional ongoing compliance advice and support which can be responsive to changing needs and requirements of the service and its team. Fees are split over 12 months. We can also accommodate 2, 3, 6 or any number of service visits over a year and apply the same principle with monthly payments to spread the cost. As part of the monthly payment option, in addition to the site audits, we offer the following ongoing remote support;

  • Email and telephone support between visits
  • Review of documents such as policies and audits
  • Corporate advisory

This option can be used for audit or self-assessment visits (as per option 1 or 2) or the care provider can choose to have scheduled visits to support practical implementation and embedding of practice or manager / staff mentoring for example. It can be tailored to the service needs.

Regulatory non-compliance, Board/Corporate Advisory work

We can conduct specific audits against ACQSC notices of non-compliance. Our admin team will create a tailored audit template from the relevant documents and the consultant will assess compliance status specifically around each area based on their findings. This ‘independent’ and ‘external’ view can help in evidencing improvements and identify any sustainability risks that may be present. We can also provide board advisory and corporate governance advice and support.

These services are charged on a day rate of $1850 + GST (prices include expenses and travel within Metro areas of South East Queensland, Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne, Canberra & Adelaide)

6-Week Manager Mentoring programme $1750 + GST

Onsite visit to meet with the manager / provider

The Care 4 Quality Manager Mentorship Programme provides a 6-week mentoring programme (2 hours per week) that is carried out remotely after the first session on site. This includes:

  • 1st Session on site visit (2 hours)
  • Virtual sessions (1-2 hours per week)
  • Email support
  • Telephone support

The programme is there to support managers during unprecedented times and into the future so that they can access professional and consistent advice and feel supported and empowered in their role. The aims are to cover the following items:

  • Ongoing support around current Covid 19 virus
  • Dealing with change
  • Embedding best practice
  • Identifying effective ways of monitoring and evidencing practice
  • Ensuring sustainable actions that have a positive impact on the service.

Remote only manager mentoring programme $990 + GST
This option is as above but only offered remotely.
